Call for Artists! Tell Me a Story!

TELL ME A STORY!
Looking for CHOREOGRAPHERS, ARTISTS, PERFORMERS, STORYTELLERS, and MUSICIANS/COMPOSERS! for a Performance Installation to be held in the Transitions Gallery on the ISU campus January 2014.

To create an immersive, interactive environment around the theme of literature, archetypal characters, and storytelling of all kinds. Installation will culminate in several evenings of formal performances. The public will be invited to interact with the installation and observe rehearsals leading up to the performance. 

Collaboration between artists is encouraged, and we will be willing to help facilitate that.

HOW TO APPLY: 
-Send a short description of your proposed project, and how it relates to the theme of “Tell Me a Story”
include:
-Any special needs/ how much space would be required, or length for performance projects
-Any special interest in collaborating with another artist
-Interactive/immersive elements of proposed project

*this is a low budget project, but we are currently seeking funding to provide a small stipend for participating artists.
